DUTIES:

Department of Student Affairs, was established in accordance with Article 26 of the Decree Law No. 124 on the Administrative Organization of Higher Education Institutions and Higher Education Institutions to carry out the following works and operations.

– Follow-up and monitoring the personal information, tuition fees, scholarship transactions and ID card transactions; to carry out practical training and internship procedures; and to issue Diplomas and Diploma Supplements of the students of 18 Faculties, 10 Institutes, 2 Schools, 1 Conservatory and 6 Vocational Schools within our university

– Carrying out the procedures for determining student quotas and making preparations for registration procedures,

– Preparation of academic calendar, programs and student based statistical data,

– Monitoring and updating all the work related to the regulations, directives, codes of practice and teaching plans regarding education and training processes,

– Carrying out the procedures for opening and closing of faculties/schools/departments/programs/divisons/majors,

– Coordination and rapporteur procedures of the Education Commission and submission of Senate decisions to the relevant authorities/units,

– Ensuring that the decisions taken by the Bologna Coordination Commission (BEK) are implemented in the units of our University and carrying out the procedures to keep the contents of the Information Package up-to-date.
